nzgirl posted a easy Peanutbutter Cookie recipe, and sure enough I had the ingredients. It only takes 5 ingredients, so is great for whipping up quickly. It took me about 30 mins all up to make 38 cookies.
Truth be told, I didn’t have the exact ingredients. I only had smooth peanut butter, so opted for raw sugar over brown to get that nice crunch.
